Changes:

• The basic volume of sounds is too high.
• Cargo image added next to text in levels.

BugFix:

• Level 2 has rocks too high.
• Level 6 has no death when falling.
• The time for the third star on levels 7 and 8 has been increased.
• The tutorial didn't have the right appearance times between windows.
